My mission is to help my clients find the clarity, confidence and energy they need to navigate change and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

I'm Jo, a Certified Professional Transformation Coach, writer, speaker, and podcaster living and working in London. I work with leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesses either one to one, or in group sessions or workshops. As part of my practice, I use Core Energy Coaching™, a unique and powerful ‘inside out’ approach, that uses the Energy Leadership Index Assessment™, exclusive to all certified IPEC coaches, at the beginning of the coaching journey to help clients quickly understand their self-perception. These insights are then used as the foundation for creating transformational strategies that really work.

I have a background in communications, marketing and publishing, predominantly in the luxury and retail sectors. During my time at Harper’s Bazaar I helped launch Bazaar at Work, a platform to celebrate and support working women, and Bazaar Women of the Year, an annual awards event honouring female success and power.
