Inspired by her own entrepreneurial journey and that of many of her clients, Jo created the show to celebrate, motivate and inspire anyone building a business at midlife. Each episode features honest conversations with founders who’ve built something of their own, often after changing direction or starting over later in life.
Having launched in January 2025 the show is already ranking in Apple Podcasts top 50 entrepreneurship podcasts, where fewer than 1 in 5 shows are hosted by women.
