Working with Jo has genuinely changed my life. Jo’s expertise and personalised approach not only helped me clarify my professional goals but also empowered me with the tools and confidence to navigate pivotal career decisions.

Iris, Director

Jo has been an invaluable support as I transition from 25 years in the corporate world to the excitement and fear of setting up my own business. She combined an insightful, engaging approach, in-depth experience of the realities of the business world and accessible and effective tools to enable me to step into a new world of work with confidence - I’ll be forever grateful and can’t recommend her highly enough.

Catherine, CEO

Working with Jo has honestly been one of the best things that I could've done for my own business and personal gain. The tools, insights, and practical methods that Jo shared with me have transformed the way that I now approach running my own consultancy. The confidence that spending time with Jo has given me to really appreciate my own worth as a business founder has been invaluable. I will never look at opportunities in the same way again. I cannot recommend Jo enough to anyone who runs their own business.

Catherine, Founder

Jo is seriously impressive while being warm and easy to speak honestly with and, as a result, delivers valuable impact.

Charlotte, Entrepreneur

Jo’s workshop was a really inspiring and empowering session for the attendees.  She guided everyone through the process with thought provoking questions ensuring that they were thinking about what they wanted to achieve in the year ahead. We received some incredibly positive feedback from guests.

Sarah E, Marketing Director

The workshop was, in short, brilliant. Jo combined serious coaching with humour and empathy to make the session not only valuable, but also fun, for everyone in the room. The true marker of its success was that the conversation didn’t stop when the session finished. It’s safe to say everyone came away feeling inspired to take action.

Sarah, Head of Communications
